The French group NOVARC strengthens its portfolio with the incorporation of KLK.

On the 6th of July, KLK Electro materiales started a new phase by joining NOVARC Networks. This incorporation will allow the French multinational to strengthen its position in the markets by specialising in grounding, aluminothermic welding and power resistors.

Since 1965 at KLK we have been committed to manufacturing and marketing products with high quality and innovation and excellent customer service. This model has historically made us a leader in demanding markets such as the national market for electrical professionals. Since 2011, with our incorporation into the DELACHAUX group, we have positioned ourselves in international markets such as France, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and the current expansion into the competitive North American market.

The NOVARC group with more than 217M€ turnover in 2021 and 1200 employees is a French family group based in Malataverne (Drôme) with companies in 10 countries and commercial presence in more than 80 countries.

At the signing of the agreement, NOVARC CEO Jean-Nöel REY commented:

The addition of KLK to the product portfolio of the NOVARC Networks division will reinforce its leading position in the grounding market, with one of the largest product ranges in the sector and a high level of vertical integration, ensuring independence and reactivity.
