Your data will be processed for the purpose of providing the services contracted with KLK ELECTRO MATERIALS, S.L.U. In addition, KLK ELECTRO MATERIALS, S.L.U. may process your personal data to fulfil any legal obligation incumbent upon it.

Personal data storage period:Customers’ personal data will be kept for as long as they are needed to provide the services specified in the contract. When they are no longer needed for this purpose, the data will be blocked for a certain period in case they are needed to exercise or to defend against administrative or judicial actions and may only be unblocked and processed again for this purpose. Once this period has elapsed, the data will be permanently cancelled.

KLK ELECTRO MATERIALS, S.L.U. has a whistleblower channel through which any individual or company that has any kind of relationship with the organisation may report past, present or future irregularities within the organisation. No anonymous reports will be accepted for consideration. All reports must include the identification details of the person submitting the complaint and of the person being reported, the date, a list of the facts being reported, and the estimated date of these facts. Any documents considered necessary by the person submitting the report in relation to the facts being reported may be attached.

The primary goal of the Whistleblower Channel is to bring to our attention any irregularities that may exist within the organisation by establishing the necessary guarantees of confidentiality and indemnity for the whistleblower, who shall always act in good faith when submitting a report through this Channel that the organisation has made available in this privacy policy, and which is managed by the Data Protection Officer.

The whistleblower must access a complaint form on the organisation’s website, which must be downloaded, completed and sent to the Data Protection Officer at dpo@excell.es. If you are unable to download the form, you can also request it from the Data Protection Officer at the said email address.
